WELCOME TO THE GOLD RUSH CITY SWEEPSTAKES!

This sweepstakes is an opportunity open to all. No purchase is necessary, but there are some rules. Please keep in mind that this sweepstakes is not sponsored or supported by any external platform provider such as Apple or Google.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The sweepstakes is designed to promote and advertise online video games made available by Gold Rush City via its website at www.GoldRushCity.com. No purchase, payment, entry fee or proof of purchase is required as a condition of entering the sweepstakes or receiving a prize. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY

The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Gold Rush City and its affiliates are not eligible to win. The purchase of game credits from Gold Rush City does not automatically enter the purchaser in the sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER WITH PURCHASE OF ECREDITS

Free promotional entries accompany the purchase of online video game credits sold by Gold Rush City. You cannot purchase entries directly. Entries also may be obtained without a purchase as described below. The sweepstakes does not differentiate between entries received in connection with a purchase of any eCredits and those received without a purchase.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY METHOD OF ENTRY

You can always enter the sweepstakes for free! When you create a free account on one of our kiosks, you will have access to request a free entry every single day. Just log in, and select 'No Purchase Necessary'.

PRIZES, GAMES AND ODDS OF WINNING

Only cash prizes are available. Not every entry will win a prize. You will play a fun game to see if you have won a prize. Each sweepstakes entry has several different games to play and each game may be played at various levels. Please refer to the rules screen in each game regarding the details of the game and total amount of prizes and winners available in a fully-loaded game. The odds of winning will depend on the game selected and the level selected.

TO CLAIM A PRIZE

Cash prizes must be redeemed at the retail location where the sweepstakes terminal is located. All prize winnings are subject to verification. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes awarded from malfunction are not valid. Any discrepancy regarding the authenticity of prize winnings shall be decided by the retail location sponsor and all decisions are final. The promotional entries have no cash value. Prize winners may be required to (i) show proof of eligibility, (ii) complete and sign an IRS Form 1099-misc with a valid social security number, and (iii) register his or her eCredits on the Gold Rush City website.

TAXES

All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

CHANGES TO THE GAMES

The sponsors reserve the right to change, modify and update the games contained in the sweepstakes without notice. The sponsors may terminate and invalidate entries or prizes if misconduct or technical difficulties destroy, corrupt or otherwise affect the integrity of the game.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes sponsors, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or in these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, the winner also agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Gold Rush City, vendors associated with the Sweepstakes, and the respective officers, directors and employees of each of these entities (the “Sweepstakes Entities”), from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C. and where prohibited. Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his or her personal data by Gold Rush City in the United States for purposes deemed appropriate. Purchasers of eCredits must agree to be bound by the Gold Rush City terms and conditions which are set forth on the Gold Rush City website.

USE OF ECREDITS ON THE SOCIAL GAMING WEBSITE

eCredits that have been registered are available for redemption at www.GoldRushCity.com to play online video games. eCredits cannot be used to pay for sales or use taxes, if applicable. At absolutely no time are eCredits refunded or rebated, unless required by law. eCredits may be subject to automatic tournament play.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD / TERMINATION

The promotional period begins on April 1, 2024 at 12am Eastern Time, and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59pm (Eastern Time), unless extended by Gold Rush City in its sole discretion. Gold Rush City also reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes at any time.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITITES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
