Return to this website between June 16 – June 30, 2026 to fill out the award claim form. Multiple text reminders will be sent to all account holders with an outstanding award balance during this time.
All Arizona player accounts will be closed at June 30, 2026 11:59pm local time.
Between July 3, 2026 and July 31, 2026 any player that has submitted the award claim form can return to the location where they signed up to receive a money order (at no expense to the player) in the amount of the outstanding award balance. The player must appear in person and present a valid government issued ID with information matching what was submitted on the award claim form to receive their outstanding awards.
